Hayley is an awesome agent. Anytime we found a place we wanted to see she was on it. We looked at many places and it didn't take her long to get us a viewing of the places we were interested in looking at. She is very responsive, any questions we had she answered quickly. The house she helped us buy, we had a viewing the same day it hit the market. We put in the offer and three days later it was ours. She did negotiations for us to help close the deal. She came to our closing which was very nice that she helped us right to the very end. She is still helping us with a few things even after closing. When we went to our new house after closing we found a lovely gift basket from her and a sign to hang in our new home with our family name on it that she made. I would refer Hayley as an agent! Michelle is absolutely a fantastic realtor to work with. As a first time home buyer I went into this experience knowing nothing about the process. Michelle was very good at explaining everything about the process, what we would need to do, and what we would expect. She was also an excellent guide for us when we were looking for financing. She is also very patient and was more interested in helping us find the right home for us. We looked at 40+ homes over a wide area all within our budget range. Michelle spent a lot of time with us and helped navigate safely through some difficult situations (the market in this area can be rather difficult and Michelle's experience was absolutely critical). Michelle is very interested in getting to know her buyers and determine their needs. This was evident when she found for us the perfect house that was in the process of being built. Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty with helping us get the house under contract, work with the builder to finalize the designs, and even helped us navigate choosing finishes, and working within our allowances to put together a truly amazing house. Without Michelle this experience would not have been possible and we highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
