Kevin has a very good understanding of the chaotic market, has a bag of tricks to get around complex frustrating situations. He is patient and is quite focused on doing the best available for his clients.
Martin did a fantastic job for me! He is very experienced and thorough. He made sure I was informed on all aspects of the process of selling, as it is fairly daunting. He keeps a keen eye on the market. He gave advice and guidance, and made suggestions to increase curb appeal and/or make minor upgrades, but was never pushy. He suggested a price range for my house based on its condition and my neighborhood, and he absolutely nailed it! We settled on a list price I was comfortable with and I received an offer $6000 over it within a week! He was extremely easy to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend Martin Carpenter!
