91 real estate agents in Clarence

We had a great experience with Jon, whilst selling our home. He was not only very knowledgeable of the current market situation, but he also gave us a lot of details in regard to the selling plan. He has a very professional team who are great at dealing with the details and responding to needs throughout the process. The professional photographs, video and drone footage were stunning and helped to promote the house. There was a high level of marketing across many medium to promote a high level of foot traffic, which resulted in over 100 people through the open house and 31 private viewings. All the foot traffic resulted in 14 above asking price offers!! We were able to set a sales record for our neighborhood by selling at 20% above list price. Jon was always on hand to help with any enquires during the closing process and was great at advocating on our behalf. He also put us in touch with a great real estate agent in our new area.Overall, for a family who have moved several times, even internationally, Jon went above and beyond to give us the bestselling experience we have ever had.

Lynn has the patience of a saint after we checked about every home in the county. She also attended an open house with me that she didn’t have to do!
