Nick was very knowledgeable and patient with us during the whole process! We were looking for our first house last summer sort of on the fly because we didn’t anticipate buying in 2025, but we decided we needed to get out of our old apartment asap! Nick was incredible about scheduling us in to see different properties and was very down to Earth and easygoing while pointing out very important details to us. We never felt pressure to pick a property. We had placed an offer on one house and it was accepted, but ultimately my husband (and then later on myself as well) decided it was not the right place for us. Nick was so patient and worked with us through that. I had a lot of FOMO (fear of missing out) when we first were looking and we definitely jumped the gun on that one! But it all worked out because the next home we made an offer on was the keeper! And we are happy with where we ended up! Nick was a wonderful guide and we really appreciate him and absolutely recommend him to others as an agent! Thank you again Nick! Bless you and your family!

It was a very good experience. I didn't know a whole lot about selling a home Mr. Williams kept me in the loop on every detail small and big when I could not make it to the house. He went and place of me. Very helpful. All around, I would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home.
