Bettina was excellent, from start to finish. Her attention to detail was magnificent. She was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the purchase of the home. Frankly, we could not have asked for a better experience. Either via text or email, she usually responded within minutes of any request or question. This sale was not a straight-forward buyer and seller type transaction, as a relocation company was involved. She assisted us throughout that experience in communicating back and forth to make the transaction as smooth as possible. This was the first home purchase for our son. He made the comment to us that he could not have imagined having a better experience. While he realizes that not all real estate transactions go this smoothly....he also knows it was made smooth by Bettina doing an excellent job.
