Christine was wonderful to work with during our first home purchase. She made a process that could have felt overwhelming feel simple, organized, and manageable. She kept us calm, guided us through each step, and helped us put together a strong offer. The comparable homes she used were clearly spot-on, because the appraisal came back exactly at our offer price. That gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right decision. She was also incredibly responsive and worked smoothly with the attorney, inspector, appraiser, and seller’s agent. She recommended both our attorney and inspector, and everyone she connected us with helped make the process easier. One thing we really appreciated was how thorough she was. When there were questions about permits for work done on the house, she went the extra step of checking with the town building department and working with the seller’s agent to make sure everything was handled properly. We felt taken care of, we trusted her completely, and we would absolutely recommend Christine to anyone buying a home.

We felt like we were in good hands with Sandra from the beginning, but never expected to be so very, very happy with the whole experience! We've actually purchased/sold through Sandra 3 times and throughout all, we have never had to question Sandra's advice or her commitment to doing the best job for us. Sandra, and her partner Patricia, are an absolute joy to deal with--- knowledgable, honest and fun. We are so glad we found them!

We wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience working with Larisa. We first met Larisa on February 14, 2026, when she took on the challenge of helping us with a house that had been owned by a hoarder. The home needed more than just a simple clean-up—it required a complete removal of all its contents and a deep cleaning from top to bottom. Impressively, Larisa managed to have everything sorted out and spotless within just one week, wrapping up the cleanout by February 21. By the very next day, February 22, the house was already listed for sale. Larisa’s drive didn’t stop there. She promptly scheduled multiple open houses, attracting significant interest and ultimately securing several competitive offers for the property. Thanks to Larisa’s hard work and relentless dedication to her clients, we were able to close on the house by April 16, which is truly remarkable timing! This entire process was seamless because of Larisa’s commitment to getting the job done—and doing it exceptionally well. We are genuinely grateful for everything Larisa accomplished on our behalf. If you’re ever in the market to buy or sell a home in New York, we wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to Larisa. You’ll be in excellent hands.
