From the first interaction with Brian all the way till we closed recently, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. At one point, there was an unexpected issue with the HVAC system that required a lot of back and forth to resolve. Brian was able to manage the corrective actions for the buyer and myself through this situation in a win-win way.
