Johnny was been more then amazing! As first time home buyers my husband and I were very unsure of ourselves and how the process worked. Johnny eased our minds and made us feel more knowledgeable about going about the whole thing. As we dragged him around with us he was kind, smart and truly became a good friend. He got back to us at a timely manner whether it was by phone or email. We consulted with him constantly for his expertise and assurance things were going in the right direction. We started out pretty easy buyers, but after a bad inspection on the first property we wanted, followed by some mess ups at the bank, and moving timelines by the seller, I figured we'd turned into a pain.
