Josephine's knowledge of the market, strategy and no pressure work ethic were absolute treats to work with during our buying and selling process. She was diligent in understanding our needs, refining the search as we looked at houses to buy and following up on what we liked and did not like. Her level of understanding and not pushing when we we were not comfortable was comforting to us. This helped us seal the house we liked after a long search, which she patiently endured with us. Her reference for loan options and legal advice were also valuable assets for us. She also helped guide us through our sale process and ensured the correct strategies were applied and negotiated a good deal. I would totally recommend you work with Josephine if you are in need of service.

Justine is great to work with. She’s thorough, responsive, and helpful! She also didn’t get (or show, lol) frustration when we needed to be shown property after property in different areas
