This was no easy house to sell in no easy market, but Joe was the ideal agent. He jumped in and because he was local and aware of the Historical community importance of this home, he took special steps to make sure that the sale of my home was literally the "Talk of the Town". In a difficult market he made the house welcoming, appealing, and told the story of this one of a kind house through social media and through his connections to the community. I have sold homes before, but I have never felt like I had a partner like Joe. It is no exaggeration to say he was my best asset in every element of this whole experience. The family who bought this gained a wonderful home in an amazing Village, but I gained an experience that sets the bar for any future Real Estate transactions.

Austin is incredibly trustworthy. Being from Yates County, he provides favorable insight and recommendations based on his extensive knowledge of the Finger Lakes market. He keeps his customers’ best interest front and center. Austin is patient, and will work with you until you find the right place to call home. You won’t find another realtor like him.

Austin was a great realtor in helping us sell our home! He went above and beyond with the sale of our home. We highly recommend Austin and Wine Trail Properties!!
