Josephine is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to go to bat for her clients. My husband and I were moving from a city two hours away with three little kids 4 and under, and Josephine did everything in her power to save us time and driving! She was also very kind to our children, which was very much appreciated as in our experience a lot or people ignore toddlers.
