As first time homebuyers the process of purchasing a house was overwhelming! Sean was AMAZING not only did he walk us through everything, he also set us up with a mortgage broker and home inspector. We were in a hurry to purchase and only had a short amount of time to buy. Sean was available anytime we requested to go see a property and went out of his way to help us search for properties that fit our budget and vision. We found our dream starter home after only two weeks and it could not have gone smoother. Sean was not only very patient with us and our million texts and questions but was also truly invested in helping us find our perfect house.

Ashley is amazing. The entire process was remarkably smooth, and almost entirely because of her. This wasn't our first time buying, so I know how it can be. She listened, never pushed us, and really got a feel for what we liked - zeroing in on places with each viewing. She insisted that we needed to really *like* a place to bid on it, not just say it was "good enough". And I'm so glad she did! She wrangled all the communications, even late at night, even on the weekends. She was always pleasant, always cheerful, always excited to troubleshoot any obstacles that came up.
