We always knew when the time came to sell my brother’s property in Elmwood Village we would reach out to Carolyn Hoyt-Stevens. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the Buffalo area is unparalleled, and her professionalism far outpaces her competitors. Carolyn’s responsiveness to our needs was immediate. Her network is wide and strong and was an enormous asset to us as we navigated the many services needed to empty and clean a legacy home. Her professional style and sharp negotiating skills gave us the confidence we needed to sell this property during an uncertain market period. We trusted her implicitly. The process was quick, smooth and we were completely satisfied with the outcome.

Carolyn is accessible and totally honest and forthright. She knows the market, Elmwood Village and Delaware Avenue neighborhoods. She was thorough and understanding of my needs, making excellent suggestions as to mover, attorney, art and estate sale professionals.

My search for the right home was anything but straightforward as my particular situation called for something special. Tim was always ready to show me any possibility and when the right place finally appeared, helped me negotiate a winning offer. He also helped me sell my home, and has made that process as pain free as possible. Tim is always available to answer any questions and goes above and beyond to make sure I have whatever information I might want or need. Communicating with Tim is easy, reliable and enjoyable. I’m going to miss working with him!
