We had a wonderful experience working with Carolyn throughout both the buying and selling process. The sale of our home came about very suddenly, and Carolyn was instrumental in helping us navigate the process, keeping everything organized and moving forward under some very tight deadlines. She was also incredibly helpful in navigating an off-market purchase, making what could have been a complicated process feel seamless. Throughout it all, she was responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and always available to answer questions and guide us through each step. We couldn't recommend Carolyn more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Last summer, we texted Tim Smith out of the blue, at 9pm on a Friday night on a holiday weekend. He responded immediately, and before 8am the next morning we had the full lowdown about the property we were interested in, as well as super-detailed information about the specific neighborhood. Less than a month later we closed on the property. Tim is a fantastic agent! Throughout the process as our buyer's agent, Tim was helpful, very responsive and had an extensive knowledge of Buffalo real estate matters, from the big picture market level down to very specific neighborhoods. Visiting the property together multiple times, Tim's construction/renovation background and eye for detail really helped us identify important specifics about the property that we might have missed otherwise. Tim is very thoughtful and gets to know his clients. He asked us questions that definitely helped us step back and analyze our short- and long-term goals, and was an excellent guide helping us down the right path. We were so lucky to work with Tim, he has been a great resource before, during, and long after the sales transaction, consistently very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable (and funny!) Thank you Tim!

Most knowledgeable realtor in Buffalo when it comes to multifamily. Super attentive and incredibly generous with his time. Thinks about things you'd never think of, all to your benefit. Will be using him for everything going forward. Very friendly and professional as well.
