I was on the fence about buying a house but after inquiring on Zillow my girlfriend and I decided to start looking at houses with Rachele and Ian we knew that we we're set with trustworthy realtors in this area for as long as they're in business. I've always been skeptical of realtors because of some bad experiences looking at commercial property in the past. Ian and Rachele were very honest and had our best interest in mind the whole time. Ian was quick to point out flaws in properties that I gaurantee not everybody would have. They always made time for us and when we wanted to take a break from looking, they respected that. When we finally found the right house Rachele worked with the bank, attorneys, insurance company and took care of all the due diligence. I will be using their services again soon and I can not recommend them enough.

Seller of 440 N 4th St, Lewiston
We inherited a house in Lewiston, NY, after my brother's passing and we didn't have much knowledge of the area. Lisa helped out with much more than just the sale of the house, which brought more than we expected. Every time we had a problem or question, Lisa would be there to help out. We would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone, as she is extremely helpful to make sure the sale process goes smoothly and successfully...

While I am very happy that we got the unit, there were a couple of issues that I wish had been handled differently. First, I expected that the escalation clause written in my contract would have been automatically enforced; instead I had to rebid. If that is the way escalation clauses work, I fail to see their relevance. Perhaps an escalation clause is redundant or it was not applied in my case as it should have been. Second, I think a good clause to put in the contract would have been that all plumbing, fixtures and appliances are in working order. While the cost of fixing them is not great, it makes for a rather uncomfortable moving in experience.
