We met Kevin when we were looking for a lake home to purchase. Kevin was very helpful during that process, and we were able to find a lake home that met our needs. We were happy with his services, so we enlisted him to sell our existing home. From the initial listing to the photographer, the process went very smoothly. Kevin was very attentive and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Kevin did an excellent job. He was fully knowledgeable about the market and was tenacious in securing exactly what we were looking for with our new house. He was able to negotiate a favorable deal for our purchase. He also was able to sell our existing home in less than a day. He went above and beyond in providing contacts for other needs such as movers, boat sales, general maintenance etc. Finally, the best thing I can say is that I would consider Kevin a friend
