I was struggling to sell my house because is not in the best neighborhood however, Paul was able to think outside the box and see beyond that. He’s very professional and outgoing. Also he’s very knowledgeable about the business. As long as I have houses to sell in the utica area I’ll be working with Paul! You won’t regret working with him! He’s the best of the best!

Colleen scheduled house tours of the homes we liked very quickly and got us in every time. She also consistently sent us new listings to look at so we always had options. There was never any pressure and she was always on our side the whole time. It couldn’t have been any easier.

I can't recommend this agent enough. I've known her since elementary school, and choosing her to sell a long-time held family home turned out to be one of the best decisions. From our very initial conversation, it was clear she genuinely cared and understood what was needed. She specifically took the time to listen to needed goals, timeline, and what mattered most about this sale. She went above and beyond at every step. She helped stage the house, working through each room to highlight its best features and present it in a way that would appeal to the widest range of buyers. The difference it made was obvious the moment listing photos went live, absolutely gorgeous, professional-quality pictures of the property. Between the staging and the photography, the house looked better than we ever could have imagined. What really set her apart, though, was her communication. She stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated on next steps, what needed to be done, and when. I never once felt left in the dark or unsure of what was happening. She made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. Thanks to her hard work and expertise, we had a signed contract within just one month of listing. This was a result I honestly wasn't expecting so quickly. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients made all the difference. I can't thank her enough for everything she did. If you're looking for a real estate agent who will treat your sale like it's personal, who will go the extra mile at every stage, and who will get you real results, I couldn't recommend her more highly. She's not just a fantastic agent, she's someone I'm grateful to call both my realtor and my friend.
