(She was always ready to set up appts to look at houses and find houses I might be interested in). Due to her help with the sellers, my offer was accepted within 2 days. I now live in my dream house and will forever be grateful for Karen’s help for getting me here. She is professional, knowledgeable, fun and easy to work with. She rates 10 stars in my book!!! I tend to be a nervous person. Easily anxious and overwhelmed by things I don’t know or understand. Kristin always made me feel calm, she made me feel heard, and like she was looking out for my family’s best interest. She never made me feel like she was just trying to make a sale. She made my husband and I both feel like she cared for the things we cared about. I’d recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
I was comfortable with Karen as soon as I met her. She was fast in getting my house on the market and was very knowledgeable with every house we looked at. The house I chose was only going to take bids for 24 hrs. She didn’t hesitate to put in my bids and I got the house. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. Great experience!!! I can’t say enough good things about Catherine, she helped us every step of the way. We had tons of questions as first time home buyers and if she didn’t know the answer, she got it for us right away! She even checked on us after closing to make sure we were happy.
