Ella was very knowledgeable about the realities of such a competitive market, and was key to our being successful in purchasing the right house for us. Ella was very responsive to any questions we had, and made herself available when we needed her. It was clear she represented us as the buyers and had our interests first in mind throughout the whole process. She was also very flexible, and able to schedule multiple showings in a block so that we could be more efficient when looking at homes. Ella is absolutely wonderful. She made the house buying and selling process for us easy and enjoyable.
