We first met Julie when we were touring what would eventually become our new home. She gave us the initial walkthrough, and somewhere along the way she cracked a joke that will probably remain an inside joke for years to come. As small as that moment was, it immediately showed me the type of person we were dealing with: someone who could read the room, meet you at your level, and make what can be an incredibly stressful process feel a little more human. As a first-time homeowner, there were plenty of moments throughout the process where I didn't know exactly what to expect or what questions I should even be asking. There were also a few hurdles along the way that made the journey a little more interesting than we probably would have preferred. Through all of it, Julie was patient, straightforward, responsive, and willing to work through things with us rather than simply pushing us through the process. Most importantly, Julie told us she was going to do everything she could to help us get into this house; and she kept that promise. Not only are we now homeowners, but she managed to help us get the house we wanted for below asking price. Buying your first home is one of those experiences where you really don't know what you're getting yourself into until you're already in the middle of it, and having someone in your corner who you can trust makes a huge difference. Julie gave us that from the very first tour all the way through getting the keys. We're incredibly thankful for everything she did to help us get here, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, personable, honest, and genuinely willing to work with you throughout the entire process.

Ella did a great job for us! The current market is pretty crazy, and though we have purchased homes in the past, this experience was very different given the extremely low inventory right now. Ella was very knowledgeable about the realities of such a competitive market, and was key to our being successful in purchasing the right house for us. Ella was very responsive to any questions we had, and made herself available when we needed her. It was clear she represented us as the buyers and had our interests first in mind throughout the whole process. She was also very flexible, and able to schedule multiple showings in a block so that we could be more efficient when looking at homes. Ella is absolutely wonderful. She made the house buying and selling process for us easy and enjoyable. Ella did a wonderful job listing and selling our condo. She was very helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. She was patient while introducing us to the process as first time sellers and helped in all aspects from helping us stage the condo for showings all the way through understanding the language in various legal documents/offers.
