Rick is an excellent realtor. He always went above and beyond with his willingness to help especially with me being on the other side of the world.

Rick was quick to respond to all my questions, he is experienced and was able to help negotiate the deal for a better outcome for my family and I. We closed ahead of schedule and was able to work remotely with me during the process. I would absolutely recommend him as your real estate agent. Thanks again for your help Rick my family and I really appreciate it. 10/10

Ricky was awesome to work with! He expertly took my likes and dislikes into consideration when helping me find a home and was up front and honest when he thought a home wasn't the right one for me. He advocated for me during negotiations and helped me get what I needed, and has been a great resource even after closing. I ask him for recommendations and advice related to my house often - the house is about 100 years old and has miscellaneous things that need some work and he usually has a good solution, or can steer me in the right direction. Highly recommend Ricky!
