Trudy is very knowledgeable and professional. She is very patient answering all of our questions. We appreciate her help on helping us finding our dream house.

When we decided to purchase a home in the Catskill Mountain region, we wanted a professional agent who would best represent our interests as buyers. After one phone consultation with Phil at Eagle River Realty, we were sold on his personable and customer-focused style. Phil is the ultimate professional with a deep history of Sullivan and Delaware counties. Phil's commitment to us was outstanding! We recommend him with the very highest regard to anyone searching for a professional, intelligent and customer-focused agent.

Stefan was wonderful. Our house was sold in a month and closed during the COVID-19 crisis. He was professional, friendly and very responsive. We didn't need much hand holding and told Stefan to call us when needed. He listened!! When we called or texted him, he answered right away. Our home was an unusual footprint and Stefan found the right people to buy our house and make it a home. So very happy with his services and will recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks Stefan.

She is a good person, she works very well in home sales.

It’s always a great experience working with Will. He and the rest of the team at Country House Realty have been wonderful partners in selling our homes. Will is knowledgeable in the area and being a transplant himself, he knows what matters to buyers who are looking to relocate or buy a second home - from the nitty gritty of snow removal to the best swimming holes. Highly recommend!
