My experience with Elizabeth "Betsy" Perrego was beyond satisfactory. Beginning in late 2017 until just recently Betsy assisted us in determining the right neighborhoods, looking at relevant properties, communicating with everyone in between and finding the perfect home. Her actions were pro-active and solution driven under many unforeseen issues and obstacles. We listed our house for sale with Laser Dec. 2019. When we went to Fl. for the winter. Lazar handled all the details, and displayed them on the Web. Before we came back from Fl. in April 2020, we were in Contract. In spite of some legal and Covid-19 problems. Lazar guided the sale thru negotiating with the Attorneys and the buyers. Lazar did a great job. I would give him a top rating for all he did.
