Joanne was instrumental in the sale of my home. She knew the community, she knew the market/area, and she had all the right connections to help me through the process. I was very indecisive throughout the entire journey, and Joanne was so patient and never once pressured me into selling. As a single full-time working professional, I had very little time to deal with house matters. I didn't have connections with trade professionals or other resources to help and she connected me with all the right people. She took care of the house while I was not available most of the week - stopping by, meeting service people, ensuring the house was in order - and kept everything moving along. Joanne gave me piece of mind. I plan on keeping in touch with Joanne. She is good people.

Recently purchased a condominium in Orange County, NY with Frank Gerbes as my agent. From initial contact with Frank right through closing Frank was always available, returning phone calls promptly and dealing with the various issues that present themselves when purchasing real estate. Frank listened to what I wished to purchase, had a vast selection of units in the price range I wanted, and was able to show them within days of our request. Once we found the unit we wished to purchase, Frank assisted with dealings with the condo board, referred me to an excellent attorney and was the driving force that got everyone together to make it all happen. I heartily recommend Frank Gerbes if you are considering a real estate purchase.
