Cynthia went above and beyond in EVERY area of my purchase. I had to back out of a contract due to pipes bursting, and she was right there to see it through. I then went on to purchase a short sale. She was on top of it as my attorney didn't work with short sales; she found me a different attorney that same day. She thoroughly explained the entire process of a short sale and was proactive in reaching out to the sellers agent regarding the transaction. I would not be in the house I am today without her ambition, proactivity, and attention to detail. Cynthia is knowledgeable in every area, and she takes the time to explain it. Her patience is immense and she listens to your interests and desires in a home, and goes out of her way to find suitable listings. I can't say enough about her service.
