Carol Ann is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I’ve had the privilege to meet. She answered any and all questions we had, no matter how silly or small. She was knowledgeable about the area, about the homes, came prepared with all information. When information was not available, she would go above and beyond to gather anything needed. Home buying can be incredibly overwhelming but she was with us every step of the way making it easy and enjoyable.

Shawn was excellent! We love our new home and Shawn helped to make the process easy by providing recommendations on our lawyer, loan agents, inspector as well as local resources… also so grateful for his persistence to get into see the house which was still occupied and not available to be seen easily- which is probably why our gem house was even still available!
