He was very knowledgeable about the area and what the house might be worth. He was able to help us find people and resources for cleaning out the house and a great landscaper. He was attentive and it was great to have access to the listing of who was being shown the house, so we could know what was going on. He was very helpful, dealing with what was a difficult situation for us. We would highly recommend him.
