Wow! I had an excellent experience working with Bernie when purchasing my house. From the very beginning, he was extremely responsive — always quick to reply to messages, answer questions, and provide helpful guidance whenever I needed it. His knowledge of the market and the entire home-buying process was so impressive and made everything much easier to navigate. He made sure I understood every step and always gave honest advice, which made me feel confident in my decisions. It’s so hard to find trusty, always available real estate agent today, but if you are looking forward smooth and stress-free process- Bernie is the guy!! Highly recommend working with him to everyone!!!

Nancy and her team were terrific in helping us to sell our home. They are the consummate professionals who know the area and know how to market and counsel sellers.

Thank You for another closing today! This was an emotional one! I cannot speak highly enough of the Piccirillo Team! My family has done about six transactions with Bill since 2016, a mix of complex Commercial and Residential deals, some tougher than others, but we've never felt any strain as Bill handled it. Bill is a powerhouse and his strength lies in his in-depth knowledge of real estate, ability to think outside the box and to see every angle of a situation, and, most importantly, people and resource management! He is a Closer. By making real-time and accurate decisions Bill gets the job done. No other agent would have accomplished what Bill has AND still keep all our deals together.
