She reached out on a Sunday, we spoke several times, met the following weekend and the house was listed. She came very prepared as I knew she would from speaking with her and had all her ducks in a row as they say. She recommended a topnotch cleaning lady to come in and clean the house for us and boy did they have their work cut out for them, the house never looked so good. When the house was ready to show she made a professional video of the neighborhood and the house inside and out that was unbelievable. Yara was always available for any questions that we had anytime of the day to speak with, she made the process a great experience. We would use her again and she is a wonderful friend now.
