Having a realtor and designer built into one person means she knows exactly what my end product is going to look like. She helped me look at multiple houses and evaluate their feasibility for the end product I had in mind. When this property became one of the candidates, she helped me confirm this was the right path by walking me through what the design process would look like and what the final product would be as an Airbnb property. I never would have taken on such a lofty project without her dual expertise. She made sure it was feasible, that we could do it within budget, and that the final product would look great with a clear vision. Her confidence in the project gave me the confidence to move forward with something I would have been scared off by.
