Our process for buying our home was a little unconventional as we were not first time buyers and we didn’t sell our current home. Charlene was very helpful through the process, very patient, and professional. There were moments where we weren’t sure if the sale would go through as there was an issue with the heat and a back and forth with the seller, but ultimately between everyone involved the issue was settled. She was always available to answer any questions I had even late at night or early in the morning, and went out of her way to make sure we got into our new home. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy as she clearly enjoys her job. **edit- forgot to adjust the stars... 4 stars on local knowledge because we already live in the area and I was keeping an eye on the houses listed so I don’t really have a frame of reference for how knowledgeable she is on this issue. Based on our experience I would highly recommend her!
