There are plenty of reasons Bruce was still our choice as an agent over a span of more than 15 years. The most important two are probably his effort and his integrity. Of course, we also trust that he knows the ins and outs of the transaction process, and that knowledge, gained over years of experience, helps keep things going smoothly.
