Cole patiently watched me explore every property I requested. When I found a house that required we see it urgently he made the time and the drive. He answered many questions. He calmly guided me through my first ever closing process with just enough guidance. Thank you Cole for your calm steady patience and guidance.

Seller of 30 Leona Drive, Hadley
If you like the sounds of that word “ SOLD” !!! Look no further than the knowledge and experience of Angela Cugini , she can and will make it happen. Very happy after having used other realtors that had trouble relating to how the property should be marketed to get it sold.
Seller of 197 Potter Road, Saratoga County
I live in Boston and needed to sell my parents home in Gansevoort, NY. My Mom had died in a tragic car accident and my father was dying of prostate cancer in a assisted care home. Angela arrived on the scene and we knew we met the real estate broker we needed. Not living near by created challenges that were completely resolved with Angela’s can do attitude and commitment to exceptional service. We could not had done it without her!

Buyer of 21 South Lake Avenue, Troy
James was incredible throughout this entire experience. From just a few talks in the very beginning he understood my wants for my home. He was beside me the entire way and would give me honest reviews of the homes we visited. I never felt pressured with him, he was going to help me till we found the home that checked all my boxes no matter how long it took. It was an absolute pleasure.
