In the late summer of 2019 our family decided it was time to sell two East Hampton properties. I live on the West coast, and was responsible for seeing this through. An attorney that my mother had worked with before recommended Jennifer, and I'm very thankful that she did. Complicated doesn't adequately describe what Jennifer was willing to take on. Two homes with tenants, language barriers, one tenant in and out of the country, and then hospitalized for a month. Jen remained thorough, responsible, and positive handling every obstacle that presented itself. Absolutely nothing frazzled her! She photographed and listed both houses, and worked with the tenants to arrange multiple showings. She responded to all of my emails and calls within minutes, despite being in different time zones. When things need to be done she tapped into her extensive network of trades people and contacts, it helped to work with someone who was local and so well connected. Both houses sold and I'm convinced that it would not have been this easy with out her. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell without hesitation
