Our house hunting journey began with requesting to view a house and receiving a phone call from a realtor named Kevin Godberson. Being first time home buyers we were nervous and did not know what to expect. Not only did Kevin educate us but he also made us comfortable during this experience. He is very knowledgeable, genuine, and persistent. Kevin would make sure he was always available to work around our busy schedules. For example if we saw a house on Zillow on a Tuesday morning, we were there for a viewing that afternoon. Kevin does not just sell you a home but he forms a friendship along the way. We would highly recommend Kevin to our friends and family. We want to thank you for everything you’ve done to help us find our dream home. We are thankful for that first phone call.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in Nassau county.

My mother past away last August and I found Robert’s card while going through her documents. I know she was tired and wanted to sale the home. Robert and his team was absolutely amazing, patient and kind with me and my father while we were in grieving my mother. They went above and beyond to help my father sale his second home. Thank you so much Robert for everything.

I had a very positive experIence with Marlon. He was the second agent I worked with during my process. He listened to my needs and was able to present me with options that only reflected what I needed. I highly recommend him as an agent you will not be disappointed. I was in my home within 6 months working with him.
