This was the first time I ever sold a property and let me tell you, Debbie made the whole process so wonderful! I was a little anxious but she quickly eased my mind. The whole process was done so thoroughly but quick at the same time. She’s the best!

Russ did a tremendous job throughout the process of selling our home and his strategy of how to properly price our home led to multiple offers well above asking and we eventually accepted and offer above our initial hope when the process started. Russ made sure to get our listing out on Zillow and to hundred of agents in the area leading to over 50 private showings and open house group showings. This led to multiple quality offers. Russ made sure to properly vet the offers to make sure they were legitimate. Our home selling process was virtually stress free. I would highly recommend Russ to anyone looking to sell their home.
