Katrina was very professional, she provided exceptional service and she was funny and personable. She always gave us comps on every property we requested and even some properties we did not request. She stayed on top of making sure she was with us at every showing and even showed up to closing 2 days after surgery. She is a true definition of a hustler and hard worker and I appreciate the time she took to help us fine our dream home.

When looking for someone to handle the sale of a property, I immediately thought of Tim. Last year Tim helped my daughter and her husband find their first home and they had nothing but praise for Tim. As soon as I contacted Tim, he wasted no time in coming to view the property and address any concerns or questions we had. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, and I could not believe how quickly the property sold as a result of his dedication and hard work.

Not thinking homeownership was in my cards, I called Janice about a rental she had listed. I was in a bind as far as time. Months later, I am a homeowner. I had no idea about the process and Janice was so patient with me every step of the way. I don’t think this woman sleeps. Every text, every call...always answered right away. She was driving me around in the snow to look at houses. Telling me what areas I needed to stay away from, to quote her ‘you’re not going to live anyplace I wouldn’t have raised my kids’. No clue who to use for home inspection? Janice does. Cesspool inspection? Janice is on it. Need a real estate lawyer? Guess what? Janice has one. She did all the footwork for me with everything and basically just told me when to show up or what I had to do. And every single person she recommended was amazing. I wish I could give Janice 100 stars. And that probably still wouldn’t be enough. Thank you Janice.
