I was more that satisfied with the energy, intelligence, professional expertise, and calm demeanor that Shawn Stein brought to the selling of my sister's house in Oceanside--in fact, I was greatly impressed and deeply satisfied. Stein was spot on in helping me price the house and was prescient in helping readjust the price when appropriate. He did regular showing and persisted without complaint until an appropriate buyer was found. He did not simply tell me what to ask but helped me make all major decisions and helped me clarify my goals. He was dependable and prompt and always reassuringly calm, and always supportive of my goals, helping me to understand the nature of the local market and motives of the prospective buyers. His presentations and prospectives of the property were polished and effective. He was also immediately available to provide me with information and explanation by phone, text, and email--and equally effective in getting all paper work to me efficiently. In my opinion, I could not have had a better agent.

I recently had to sell my parents home as they had passed away. Martin was excellent to work with. He responded to messages and emails right away, answered questions and concerns knowledgeably. He was thorough in his research and guided me in pricing the property well so it sold without delay. I actually received multiple offers the first week the property was on the market. I was not ready to put the house on the market when I first started speaking with Martin. He regularly followed up with me, when he said he would for status updates. He offered great advice on the negotiations and was always professional and respectful. Additionally, I feel Martin went above and beyond for me. I was selling my parents home, and did not live locally. I was not able to check on the property regularly and was concerned about the oil running out, and the pipes freezing etc. Martin checked on the house regularly for me. I feeel the whole process went smoothly, and believe I was able to get top dollar on the sale because of Martin's efforts. I would highly recommend him.
