My mother past away last August and I found Robert’s card while going through her documents. I know she was tired and wanted to sale the home. I recently bought a property in Park Plaza, Rego Park with the help of my agent, Guan. He is very dedicated to his job, knowledgeable, and friendly. He guided me all throughout the process. Buying a property here in New York is not easy because of the requirements and the like. Guan always finds time to answer all my queries even on weekends or late nights. I will always receive a reply from him. I certainly recommend Guan to my family and friends if they need a real estate agent. I am 110% sure that he could help everyone who is looking for a house, condo or coop. Five stars is the highest, but I think he deserves more than five. What a great client-agent experience indeed!
