We had been looking in the Henderson area online for several months. When we were finally ready we were given Shannon Davis’ name by a family member who had recently used her to find their home. We contacted Shannon and on relatively short notice, she lined up 12 homes for us to see in 1 day! We traveled to Henderson on several different occasions, each time Shannon lined up homes for us to see. When we had narrowed our search to two homes Shannon arranged for us to see each one again the next day. We decided, made an offer and it was accepted in one day.
