Eric did a lot of open houses and had a lot of potential buyers. He also had to deal with covid and handled it in a fantastic way. He helped me make good decisions on lowering the price of the house. I would recommend Eric for an agent you should use when selling your house.

We were referred to Stephanie by friends who also recently purchased a home in Long Island. Stephanie was amazing to work with, we feel so lucky to have been referred to her! In the beginning we were not sure what area of Long Island we liked. Stephanie was patient and showed us houses in different areas. She was extremely understanding and so easy to talk to. When we finally found the home we wanted, she prepared us and guided us through the entire process. She was very professional and always got back to our questions or concerns in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking to purchase their dream home.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Maria. From the very beginning of our home search, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and dedication. She looked into every nook and cranny for potential problems that new home buyers might overlook, ensuring that we were fully informed. Her connection to her husband’s construction expertise and her well-versed co-op lawyer network was invaluable. Thanks to Maria’s keen insights and tireless efforts, we found our perfect home. We highly recommend her to anyone in search of a top-notch real estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients.
