Evan worked diligently to secure a buyer for our condo. He worked in a very professional manner, advising what we needed to do to prepare our property for sale. He had excellent photos of the property taken for the sale. He worked with us every step of the way and went above and beyond what was necessary to complete our sale.

I'm lucky just to know Dan. With Mr. Byrne representing us, we entered a bid on a real dream home. After a back and forth with the seller about us coming up to asking price (we could not), Dan stepped in and forfeited his own commission in order to make up the difference.
