I was selling my house in New Hyde Park. After researching real estate agents in Nassau County I contacted Grace Desiderio at Caputo Reality. We spoke, I sent her my info and she agreed to be my agent and help me. Unfortunately, I was unable to physically go to the house. So Grace stepped up and not only did her job incredibly well she also did all the things I was unable to do. She supervised getting the house ready for showings, negotiated with contractors, lawyers, buyers, and the town. She handled everything and everything she handled went incredibly well. Grace is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, professional, efficient, a pleasure to work with, and successful. The house was sold in record time. I was very lucky to have connected with Grace. In retrospect I think it was fate that brought us together and I’m so grateful it did. I don’t think I could have found a better agent. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone buying or selling a home. Rick La Rock

I had a wonderful experience working with Helen Pekson on the purchase of my first home. Her professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, and extensive knowledge of the real estate market made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was very patient, approachable, and always willing to answer my questions, explain each step, and provide valuable guidance throughout the journey. As a first-time homebuyer, having someone so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated made all the difference. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to helping me find the right home. I highly recommend Helen of HT Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for making my first home-buying experience such a positive and memorable one!
