Her calm relax composure reassured me that everything was going to work out for the good. Having Helen by my side meant I was being protected, represented and cared for. HT Realty is absolutely professional and deliver on time. Absolutely a recommendation for your next real estate agent/broker. Zero deception. Full disclosure and transparency throughout. Reasonable fee. Helen Pekson was our realtor agent. We have been working with her for the past 3 years. At all stages of our closing deal in the Bronx, she assisted and made sure that our efforts were minimised. She adapted well to our changing desires for the type of house we were hunting for. Deal is now closed which was very involving in the past 60 days or so. She stepped up wherever the communication with sellers or thereof were not up to the mark.
