Amy is an amazing broker and a true professional who goes above and beyond for her clients. She is extremely responsive and makes herself accessible to assist at any hour of the day (even after typical business hours— literally 24/7). Amy understood I was a first-time homebuyer (for a co-op) and was patient with all my questions. My purchase agreement had a strict deadline. There was a clause that penalized me each day the close was delayed so time was of the essence. Luckily Amy had referred me to a loan agent who was highly experienced and worked efficiently. Amy, herself, was proactive throughout my entire process and sent me instructions on tasks to prepare in advance. She communicated with multiple parties to create urgency. For all these reasons, my loan application and purchase application was able to get reviewed in an expedited fashion. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with Amy. She is positive, energetic, and clearly passionate about what she does. Even towards the end, she was sending me inspiration pics for my renovation! 10/10 recommend!!
