I was not ready to put the house on the market when I first started speaking with Martin. He regularly followed up with me, when he said he would for status updates. He offered great advice on the negotiations and was always professional and respectful. Additionally, I feel Martin went above and beyond for me. I was selling my parents home, and did not live locally. I was not able to check on the property regularly and was concerned about the oil running out, and the pipes freezing etc. Martin checked on the house regularly for me. I feeel the whole process went smoothly, and believe I was able to get top dollar on the sale because of Martin's efforts. I would highly recommend him.
