Alex was amazing

Alex was amazing. He was always available during the process to give advice. When we needed contractors Alex was able to provide contacts who gave excellent service. Due to his efforts we were able to get our asking price for the house.

I highly recommend Alex Baron

I highly recommend Alex Baron. He was invaluable when we sold my mother’s house after her passing. He managed every detail and exceeded our expectations. He maintained regular communication and assisted with preparing the house for showings. He has a trusted network of professionals for every aspect of preparing a house for sale. Everyone I spoke with offered the highest praise for Alex. He negotiated an excellent price for the house. Do not hesitate to work with him.

Alex brought all the necessary resources together to best prepare our old house for sale

Alex brought all the necessary resources together to best prepare our old house for sale. In a difficult market with high mortgage rates, he persevered, ultimately found a suitable buyer and negotiated the final sale to our satisfaction.

Excellent

I had a great experience working with Michael Amino, both with selling my home and helping me find the right place to buy. I worked with him for quite some time, and throughout the entire process he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Michael guided me through different neighborhoods and locations, giving me honest advice about where he thought would be a good fit for my family and where I should think twice. Eventually, we found the house that best suited our needs, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. What I appreciated most was how available and accommodating he was. Whenever I wanted to see the house again—even multiple times—he made himself available and never made me feel rushed or pressured. From beginning to end, the transaction was smooth and professional. I would absolutely recommend Michael Amino to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He truly cares about finding the right property for his clients, not just making a sale.
