He did regular showing and persisted without complaint until an appropriate buyer was found. He did not simply tell me what to ask but helped me make all major decisions and helped me clarify my goals. He was dependable and prompt and always reassuringly calm, and always supportive of my goals, helping me to understand the nature of the local market and motives of the prospective buyers. His presentations and prospectives of the property were polished and effective.
