Ivona did a great job. I was living in another state, and she took care of everything. Anytime there was a problem, she found a solution. Also, unlike other brokers who let junior team members do important things like showings, Ivona does all of it herself so the quality is consistent and excellent.

I was impressed that Lombardo Homes & Estates sold my house in one month and also paid my attorney's fee, and his buyer paid the commission. Joseph Lombardo contacted me and said he could sell my house while I was still listed on Zillow as 'for sale by owner, and I wouldn't have to pay a commission. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell and save money!

Our experience with Sunita was excellent! This was our second time buying and we sold our first house. The process can be stressful but Sunita made it go with ease. Sunita is knowledgeable, patient, kind , understanding and caring. She is not a “pushy” agent. She listened to our needs and concerns and responded appropriately for us. I could not have asked for a better agent!????
