I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

We have worked with Ruzanna for many years on several transactions and have had a wonderful experience each time. She is attentive, diligent, caring, and always there when you need her help. Excellent communication and readiness to help her clients wherever she can. Would highly recommend working with Ruzanna!

Working with Javon Johnson as my real estate agent was an absolute pleasure. Javon was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He was always reliable, answering my questions promptly and taking the time to show me listings I was interested in. What truly stood out was Javon’s dedication and professionalism. He communicated seamlessly with other real estate agents to ensure I had all the information I needed. He went above and beyond by recommending a trusted lawyer for closing my housing deal and providing a reliable inspector for the home inspection. I would wholeheartedly recommend Javon to all of my family and friends who are searching for a patient, knowledgeable, and supportive real estate agent in the NYC area. His expertise and commitment made a potentially stressful process so much easier. I’m grateful for his help and wish him continued success in assisting many more families in the NYC area. Thank you, Javon!

Daniel is one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever met. He is a very kind, respectful, and responsible person. I just finished buying my first home with him, and thanks to his help, I was able to achieve it. There were some issues with the sellers, but he resolved all of them like the great professional he is. He always looks out for the best interest of his client and respects their decisions. I was able to get the house I wanted, just the way I wanted it, thanks to him. He always answered my questions, is very communicative and sincere. If you’re looking to buy a home, Daniel is the best agent to help you through the process. Daniel, thank you for everything you did for me. I pray to God that He always blesses you and that you continue being the excellent professional and amazing human being that you are.

She was extremely patient, understanding and resourceful when it came to choosing locations, house- styles etc. She was always considerate of our budget and made suggestions based on our preferences. What we appreciated the most about Melissa was her unlimited availability and dedication to her job. Melissa truly loves what she does and it shows; no matter how many calls or texts, she made herself available to respond. She advocated for us limitlessly and made sure to keep us updated along the way. Our homebuying experience was a tough one, but with a realtor like Melissa, we finally got the house we wanted
